Requirements #

  • The latest version of the World Radio League mobile app

  • A smartphone that supports home screen widgets:

    • iOS (iPhone models with iOS 14 or later)

Steps to Add the Widget #

1. Ensure Your App is Up to Date #

Before you begin, make sure you have the latest version of the WRL app installed from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Add the Widget (Steps Vary by Device) #

For Android Devices #

  1. Tap and hold the World Radio League app icon

  2. From the pop-up menu, tap “Widgets”

  3. Find the WRL Band Conditions Widget

  4. Tap and drag it to your home screen

  5. Select your preferred size if multiple layouts are available

Some Android phones may offer resizing after placing the widget — simply long-press and drag the edges to adjust.

For iPhone (iOS) #

  1. Tap and hold on any empty area of your home screen until the apps jiggle

  2. Tap the “+” icon in the top-left corner
