Navigate to the Report a Bug section in the WRL app.
-
The page header will confirm your submission count, e.g., “You have reported 1 bug!”
2. Instructions Overview #

To maximize effectiveness, follow these three key steps:

Add a good description of the bug

Be specific about what’s happening.
-
Include details such as what you were trying to do, what went wrong, and any error messages.
-
-
Include helpful links (if possible)
-
Add URLs that might help developers trace the issue.
-
Example: link to an affected contact, logbook entry, or integration page.
-
-
Record a short video (optional)
-
Use Loom (or another screen recording tool) to show the problem in action.
-
Paste the video link into your bug description.
-
This step is optional but highly encouraged for faster resolution.
-
3. Differentiating Bugs vs. Feature Requests #
-
Bugs → Problems where something is broken or not working as expected.
