The QRZ integration makes it easy to connect your World Radio League (WRL) logbook with your QRZ.com account, so your QSOs stay synchronized automatically.
This guide walks you through linking your QRZ account, configuring import/export, and enabling auto-sync.
1. Connect Your QRZ Account #
-
Open World Radio League and go to the Integrations page.
-
On the QRZ Integration card, click Connect.
-
Under QRZ.com Call Sign Lookup, select Link with QRZ.com.
-
Enter your QRZ username and password.
-
⚠️ Note: Call sign lookup requires a paid QRZ subscription. If you don’t have one, you can continue using WRL’s built-in lookup.
-
-
Click Save.
Your QRZ call sign lookup is now linked.
2. Configure Import/Export #
-
In your QRZ account, open your Logbook.
-
Go to Settings and copy your API Key.
-
In the WRL QRZ Integration page, paste the API Key into the provided box.
- ⚠️ Note: Direct import/export requires a paid QRZ subscription. If you don’t have one, you can export your QRZ QSOs to an ADIF file and import them in WRL.
-
Select the WRL logbook you want to import your QRZ QSOs into.
-
✅ This setting only affects imports. Your exports to QRZ will not be changed.
-
-
Click Save.
Import/export is now set up.
3. Importing QSOs from QRZ #
-
Go to the integration settings in WRL and click Import New QSOs.
-
WRL will automatically detect and prevent duplicates if the same QSOs exist in both QRZ and WRL (exports to QRZ work the same way—no duplicates will be created).
4. Enable Auto Export #
For seamless syncing:
-
In WRL, toggle on Auto Export.
-
Once enabled, any new contact you log in WRL will automatically be sent to your QRZ account.
