By purchasing the Lifetime VIP Membership, you agree to these Terms, which form an agreement between you and World Radio League Inc., a Wyoming corporation (“World Radio League”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
2. One-Time Purchase
The Lifetime VIP Membership is a one-time payment product.
At times, we may offer installment payment options, depending on the payment provider (for example, Stripe). Once your payment is complete, you’ll have access to the benefits of Lifetime VIP for the duration of your lifetime, as defined in Section 6.
3. No Refund Policy
Because this membership provides immediate access to premium features and long-term benefits, all sales are final.
Please make sure you’re ready to commit before purchasing — we’re confident you’ll love it, but no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges can be offered under any circumstances.
4. Personal and Non-Transferable Access
Your Lifetime VIP membership is personal to you. It can’t be shared, sold, gifted, or transferred to anyone else.
If an account is found to be shared, resold, or misused, we may suspend or permanently terminate access without refund.
We appreciate your honesty — this helps us keep things fair for all members.
5. Features and Ongoing Changes
As a Lifetime VIP, you’ll always receive access to our highest level of features and perks.
That said, World Radio League is an evolving platform. Features may change, improve, or be replaced over time as we innovate.
We don’t guarantee any specific features will remain forever — but we promise that we’ll always strive to make the product better and deliver the best possible experience to our VIP members.
6. Definition of “Lifetime”
“Lifetime” refers to the natural lifetime of the individual purchaser.
If, at any point, the World Radio League platform, website, or app is discontinued or fundamentally changed (for example, a complete rebrand or new system), the Lifetime VIP program will also come to an end.
In such a case, we won’t be able to provide refunds or credits, but we’ll always aim to treat our members fairly and transparently.
7. Platform Availability
We work hard to provide a stable, enjoyable experience — but no app is perfect.
World Radio League does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that all data and features will always be available. Temporary downtime, maintenance, or occasional data issues are part of running any online platform.
We’ll always do our best to minimize disruptions and communicate major updates whenever possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Radio League and its team are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages, including data loss, downtime, or loss of use.
Your membership doesn’t include any warranties or guarantees about feature availability, uptime, or future platform development.
9. Free Gift Eligibility
From time to time, we may include a complimentary gift with Lifetime VIP purchases.
This gift is a thank-you from us and is subject to availability and shipping limitations. It may only be available in select countries, and we reserve the right to change or discontinue the offer at any time.
10. Communications
We’ll do our best to keep Lifetime VIP members informed of updates, new features, and changes via email or in-app messages.
However, communication methods aren’t guaranteed — so we encourage you to check your account and our website periodically for updates.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first try to resolve it informally and in good faith.
If that’s not possible, the matter will be settled by binding arbitration in Wyoming, unless a different process is required by law. By joining, you waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials related to this membership.
12. Modifications to These Terms
We may occasionally update these Terms to reflect product changes or improvements.
If that happens, the new Terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of Lifetime VIP means you accept those changes.
